Returns
We will exchange or refund any items returned within 7 days of the package arrival date if it is in same as new condition. Not all items are subject to this exchange policy as availability is subject to change but, returns can still be made for a full refund. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges (Standard First Class/Airmail) unless items are faulty or shipped incorrectly.
Shipping
Orders are usually processed within 3-5 business of initial order and an additional 7-10 business days can be taken for delivery.
International shipments are subject to additional duties, taxes and other customs fees. We are not responsible for tariffs or custom fees but we can assist you around these if we are able to. Please allow at least 4-6 weeks for international orders to be delivered.
All orders are shipped via USPS standard shipping. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the package has been shipped. We cannot guarantee delivery dates once the package has left our hands.
